CANCELLATION POLICY
**BeYoutiful Aesthetic – Cancellation Policy** At BeYoutiful Aesthetic, every appointment is intentionally reserved to create a calm, personalized, and elevated self-care experience just for you. To help us maintain a smooth and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. **Booking Agreement** By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** We kindly request at least **24 hours’ notice** for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another client in need of care. **Late Cancellations** Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a **30% cancellation fee** based on the scheduled service price. **No-Shows** Missed appointments without prior notice will result in a **50% no-show fee**, as this time has been exclusively reserved for you. **Late Arrival** If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you; however, service time may be adjusted to respect the experience of the next client. **Deposits** Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure your reservation.
